In dlPFC, we found that firing rate predicted reaction time for both Eriksen and Simon conditions at the area level ( F = 42.926, DF1 = 1, DF2 = 1.072e05, corrected p < 0.001, F = 6.89, DF1 = 1, DF2 = 1.072e05, corrected p = 0.009) and exhibited highly significant single-cell effects for both conditions ( F = 1.49, DF1 = 355, DF2 = 1.072e05, corrected p < 0.001, F = 1.39, DF1 = 355, DF2 = 1.072e05, corrected p < 0.001).
