Interestingly, although there was an increasing trend in the expression of P2RY6 with higher tumor stages, such as KICH (kidney chromophobe), KIRC (kidney renal clear cell carcinoma), LUSC (lung squamous cell carcinoma), KIRP (kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma), MESO (mesothelioma), LUAD (lung adenocarcinoma), SKCM (skin cutaneous melanoma), TGCT (testicular germ cell tumors), and UVM (uveal melanoma), STAD (stomach adenocarcinoma), the differences were not statistically significant (Supplementary Fig. 1 ).
