The sentences
The total number of pre-treatment V(D)J transcripts was significantly correlated with post-treatment survival, with a trend towards significance with total post-treatment V(D)J transcript counts (Extended Data Fig. 9h,i ), whereas the numbers of unique V(D)J transcripts both before and after treatment were significantly correlated with survival (Extended Data Fig. 9j,k ), further validating the association between TCR abundance/diversity and post-treatment survival.
