The confounder analysis with covariates “age,” “sex,” and “PET/CT system” essentially replicated these results: the main effect of factor “group” was highly significant ( F (4,158) = 87.0, p < 0.001), with significantly higher iNPHRP scores in definite iNPH than in possible iNPH (adjusted p < 0.005), AD, PD, and HEC (adjusted p < 0.001) and significantly higher iNPHRP scores in possible iNPH than in AD, PD, and HEC (all adjusted p < 0.001).
