More specifically, four types of changes (patient reception, information provided, service availability wait times, and ambulatory care) were identified, with 71% of patients reporting shorter wait times and higher quality of ambulatory care, 63% reporting a positive trend in information provided (for clarity of the content and the supply of material), 58% liking that contacting the service was made simpler, and 54% stressing an increased quality of patients reception.
