There was a nonsignificant trend towards higher rates of Killip class III and IV (28.6% vs. 71.4%; p = 0.066) between the BELOW and the ABOVE group ( Table 2 ). eGC height was reduced by 16% in the ABOVE compared to the BELOW group (124.9 vs. 106.8 nm; p < 0.001; Figure 2 A).
