The predictive value of the CD4 cell count as a marker of non-reaching a robust/above-average response with the OCOnAbs endpoint at T3 was marginally significant, with an aOR = 1.34 (95%CI 0.96, 1.85) ( Table 2 ) The ability to predict the T5 sub-response using VE90% and OCOnAbs endpoints, according to the baseline (T1) markers, was smaller and not statistically significant for both the CD4 cell count ( Table 2 ) and the CD4/CD8 ratio ( Table 3 ).
