As already mentioned, the area of constrained polymer self-assembly is broad and also comprises the separations and chromatographic studies of associating polymer systems [ 32 ] and the behavior of various 2D and 1D systems, including the practically significant topics of structured thin films [ 33 , 34 , 35 , 36 ] and tethered chains [ 37 , 38 , 39 , 40 ].
