We found minor differences in the regression results using only complete cases (n = 341) compared with the model that used MICE ( Appendix Table 4); not paying a water bill was associated with increased risk for detecting > 1 pathogen targets (aRR 1.8 [95% CI 1.3–2.6]), and >4 hours of reported daily screen time had a greater protective effect at the margin of significance (aRR 0.64 [95% CI 0.41–1.0]).
