In this paper, we found that, with the increase in the plasma concentration of IS, there was a decreasing trend of OAT1/3 expression during the renal fibrosis process, while the expressions of MRP4 and ABCG2 increased, indicating that the accumulation of IS is directly related to the decrease in OAT expression.
