The results of the Spearman correlation test revealed that altitude and Bio1 had a highly significant negative correlation with bacterial community alpha diversity, while longitude and TEM_Avg had a highly positive correlation with bacterial community alpha diversity ( P < 0.01) ( Fig. 8A ).
