Compared with the LPS group, the mRNA expression of TNF-ɑ, IL-1β, and IL-6 in the jejunum of broilers in the WZS-H group was highly significantly reduced ( p < 0.01), the level of TNF-ɑ mRNA and IL-6 mRNA in the jejunum of broilers in the WZS-M group was highly significantly reduced ( p < 0.01), the level of IL-1β mRNA was significantly reduced ( p < 0.05), and the level of IL-10 mRNA of each dosing group showed an increasing trend.
