When the GAH concentration increased to 0.3%, the intensity of mCherry almost returned to the level of the control group; surprisingly, the fluorescence intensity of GFP in this group even reached about 2.3 folds that of the control group ( Figure 4 m,n), indicating that in the model of GAH repairing vascular impairment induced by DM, the effect of DM on AMPK may not be significant, and GAH mainly plays a role through the recovery of BMP.
