Among these five proteins, ApoA1 and PRAP1 play critical roles in lipoprotein assembly, and ApoA1 was significantly decreased in the serum of IKO mice ( Figure 2 H), while PRAP1 also showed a decreasing trend ( Figure 2 I), suggesting that SURF4 may serve as a regulator for ApoA1 and PRAP1 secretion in the small intestine.
