47 As shown in Figure 4 D, the proportions of CD4 T EM (CD4 + CD44 + CD62L − ), CD4 T CM (CD4 + CD44 + CD62L + ), CD8 T EM (CD8 + CD44 + CD62L − ) and CD8 T CM (CD8 + CD44 + CD62L + ) all showed an increasing trend in the order of Control, X-ray, DHA, and T-D groups, as well as cytotoxic T cells (CD8 + IFN-γ + ), suggesting that the T-D-treated cell vaccine can effectively increase frequency of memory T cells and successfully trigger anti-tumor immune memory in mice.
