The diameters of the inhibitory zones in each group were 38.4 ± 2.0 mm (Nata 0.02), 41.8 ± 1.0 mm (Nata 0.04), 43.1 ± 1.1 mm (Nata 0.1), and 46.0 ± 0.7 mm (Nata 0.2), respectively, and showed an overall trend of increasing with the increase in natamycin content.
