Furthermore, our data revealed an increasing trend in the prevalence of beta-lactamases producing H. influenzae , from 22.1% (95% CI: 10.4–40.9) during 2003–2007 to 48.1% (95% CI: 35.5–61.0), a more than twofold increase, during 2019–2023.
