During the detection of cell apoptosis, it was found that the apoptosis rate of AML cells overexpressing SUCLG2-AS1 showed an increasing trend, and both the early and late apoptosis rates increased, which also suggested that SUCLG2-AS1 may promote the apoptosis process of AML cells.
