In our study, an increasing trend of metabolites (such as Glu-Leu, Glu-Phe, Gly-Phe, Ile-Asn, Ile-Ile, Val-Ile, and Val-Leu), LPC(LPC(0:0/22:4), LPC(12:0/0:0), LPC(14:1/0:0), LPC(22:4/0:0)), LPE(LPE(0:0/16:1), LPE(0:0/18:2), LPE(16:1/0:0)) in SRS and ASRS groups, were negatively correlated with Akkermansia , Fusobacterium , Acetoanaerobium , Porphyromonas , Clostridium_sensu_stricto_13 , which were significantly increased in the CON group.
