The top 15 drugs include quetiapine, venlafaxine, fluoxetine, bupropion, olanzapine, citalopram, antipsychotics, paroxetine, risperidone, opioids, methadone, aripiprazole, SSRIs, clozapine, and antidepressants which showed highly significant associations with PTSD-related genes ( Figure 2 , Table 1 ).
