In this experiment, with the increasing dose of compound 4a , the relative expression levels of BAX, caspase-3 and p53 showed an increasing trend, while the expression of Bcl-2 showed an obvious decreasing trend, which indicated that compound 4a could promote apoptosis of MCF7, and the promotion effect of high dose on apoptosis was more obvious than that of low dose.
