For each factor, participants could indicate each factor’s relevance to trust in and acceptance of AI applications from their stakeholder perspective using a Likert scale of 1-5, where 1 stood for “not relevant,” 3 for “not irrelevant, nor relevant,” and 5 for “relevant.” Throughout the survey, “relevant” meant being highly significant for ensuring trust in or acceptance of AI applications, while “irrelevant” meant no significance.
