By comparing the differences in the flora of the survival group and the death group, we found that the abundance of Veillonella and Ruminococcus in the death group showed an increasing trend ( p < 0.05), while the abundance of Prevotella_6 and Prevotella_sp_S4_BM14 was increased in surviving patients ( p < 0.05).
