Mfuzz analysis yielded 10 expression patterns, two of which (cluster 1 with 135 proteins and cluster 2 with 100 proteins) showed an increasing trend with increasing temperature, and two of which (cluster 3 with 153 proteins and cluster 4 with 123 proteins) showed a decreasing trend with increasing temperature, as well as a nodal trend at 20 °C, 40 °C, 50 °C and 70 °C.
