The analysis revealed extremely significant differences of 11 immune cells, including dendritic cells resting, eosinophils, macrophages M0, M1, M2, mast cells activated, monocytes, neutrophils, plasma cells, T cells CD4 memory resting, and T cells regulatory (Tregs) in expression levels between the two groups (P < 0.001).
