Under normal physiological conditions, HSP constitutes between 5 and 10% of the total concentration of cellular proteins, where they play a highly significant role in regulating various growth and developmental processes such as controlling the cell cycle, assembling multi-protein units transporting into and out of subcellular compartments, and controlling protein degradation (Park and Seo 2015 ).
