These results showed that the differential proteins between Day 0, Day 3 and Day 6 were reliably contrasted with each other, the protein reliability also showed an increasing trend with increasing time span, and the differential proteins reliability obtained under strict screening conditions was higher than that obtained under relaxed conditions.
