When looking only at the 173 episodes where ADEM was in the first diagnostic field the results were similar (Tables S3,4) although the mRNA dose 2 estimate was close to significance (RI 2.38, 95% CI [0.99–5.65]), with a total of 6 events in the risk window of which one died within 90 days of admission.
