In addition to the previously known Rpf domains in the various actinobacterial Rpf-like proteins, which were detected with highly significant E -values (5.7·10 -56 – 4.8·10 -39 ), these searches also identified two Staphylococcus carnosus protein precursors, SceD and SceA (054493 and 054494), with much higher, but nevertheless statistically significant E -values (7.1·10 -4 and 3.9·10 -2 ).
