The role of CEM in B3 lesion management, in situations where the necessity of surgical intervention is still debated, as in the case of atypical ductal hyperplasia [ 23 , 24 ], may be significant: the presence of peri-biopsy enhancement could serve as an indication for surgery [ 25 ].
