By setting a cutoff for mitochondrial enrichment at a log 2 (fold-change) > 0.5, we observed a highly significant overlap of LARP4 targets in the puromycin condition indicating many of the mRNAs which localize to mitochondria via RNA-dependent modes are also LARP4 targets ( Fig. 1 I).
