Human brucellosis has been recorded in all regions of Greece; however, the incidence rate has gradually decreased from 3.01 ( n =331) in 2005 to 0.28 ( n =65) in 2020, with a slightly increasing trend from 2012 to 2014 ( Figure 4 a).
