Using the publicly available datasets ( 6 , 8 ), we found a highly significant overlap of the DUX4-r B-ALL patient gene signature with our DUX4-IGH or DUX4-del50 datasets, which was instead negligent with our wt DUX4 dataset ( Fig. 1B ).
