Consistent with this, uninoculated and aged PINK1 KO and Parkin KO also trended towards higher OCRs for State 3 when compared to uninoculated and aged wild-type mice ( S3 Fig ), although only the State 3 OCR for the aged Parkin KO mice was modestly significant.
