Furthermore, pathway enrichment analysis indicated that alterations in amino acid metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and Pan and CoA biosynthesis were associated with the development of DR 38 ; moreover, aspartate, glutamine, and Pan were the key factors related to the differential enrichment of these pathways, and Pan level in the vitreous cavity showed an increasing trend.
