Different from the curve changes at 950 °C and 1000 °C, the hardness curve at 1050 °C shows a decreasing trend, and the hardness of the alloy decreases from 55HRC at the initial stage of insulation (10 min) to 43HRC at 14 h. 3.2 Microstructure evolution Fig. 2 shows the change curves of the size and volume fraction of secondary carbides precipitated from the matrix at 950–1050 °C for different time (10 min, 30 min, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 10 h, 14 h).
