On the contrary, after the addition of DFO, cell activity showed a decreasing trend treated with PDA-Fe-TPZ and Lip@PDA-Fe-TPZ, which may be due to the fact that DFO can also be utilized as an inducer for cell hypoxia, which will aggravate intracellular hypoxia and lead to stronger cytotoxicity of TPZ activation.
