Although the antifungal susceptibility test result of isolate KS65 was still susceptible - dose dependent to fluconazole (MIC 0.25 μg/mL), the increase in the MIC of fluconazole and all other drugs tested indicates a possible trend towards secondary resistance ( Table 1 ).
