Resistance to aminoglycosides prevailed the most before and after HSCT (12/11/10), followed by tetracyclines (11/7/4), which exhibited a decreasing trend. β-lactam (8/8/8) and macrolide resistance (9/9/9) were consistently present in gut microbiota, together with lincosamides (10/10/9), streptogramin b (9/9/10), and folate pathway antagonist (11/8/8).
