Using the multivariable time-dependent mixed model we found that, patients on antihypertensive and antihyperlipidemic monotherapy, those that reach the deductible limit are slightly (barely significant) more adherent than those that have not yet reached the deductible limit, with a relative adherence ratio (RAR) of 1.03 (95% CI: 1.00–1.05, p = 0.03) for antihyperlipidemic therapy and 1.02 (95% CI: 1.00–1.04, p = 0.05) for antihypertensive therapy.
