Except for the average velocity indicators, the UNI + BI group exhibited significant and highly significant differences in peak power, average power, peak velocity, and average velocity indicators between pre-test and post-test analyses. 3.1.2.2 Lower limb squats As illustrated in Figure 5 , following 8 weeks of intervention training, significant differences were observed in peak power, average power, peak velocity, and average velocity indicators for squats at different loads (30%, 50%, and 80% 1RM) in the UNI + BI group, when comparing pre-test and post-test data.
