After filtering for highly significant interactions ( q < 0.01), we identified a total of 160.000 chromatin loops, capturing Enhancer-Promoter (E-P), Promoter-Promoter (P-P) and Enhancer-Enhancer (E-E) contacts with a similar distribution among the analyzed samples (Supplementary Fig. 3d ).
