Overall, our findings suggest that educational programmes should allow instructors engage in the highly significant role as guardians of an inclusive culture that embrace an anti-stigma stance by: (a) being aware and understand the difficulties that mental illness may produce; (b) being a protector of youth identity; and (c) being a provider of exercise as a shared activity that symbolises the relationship between participants, their peers, and the instructors.
