For the less affected limb, differences were observed with the new orthosis in the duration of the stance phase between level-ground and downhill walking ( p < 0.001), as well as between downhill and uphill walking ( p < 0.001), exhibiting an increasing trend from downhill, ground-level, and uphill walking.
