We demonstrated that the iMSCs differentiated into early osteoblast-like cells based on the increased expression of the early osteoblast markers RUNX2 and ALP and a notable trend of increased mRNA expression of the late osteoblast markers BGLAP and COL1A1 after osteogenic induction at day 21 and 28.
