As shown in Figure 3 , after 24 h of culture in the presence of different concentrations of sagittatoside A, baohuoside I and icaritin, the expression of Bax, caspase-9 and caspase-3 in HepG2 cells displayed increasing trends in a concentration-dependent manner, while the expression of Bcl-2 displayed a decreasing trend with increasing icaritin concentration.
