Although there was no significant difference in the odds of achieving a radiologic response or pCR between the alternative-dose IPI-NIVO and the conventional-dose IPI-NIVO, a trend towards significance for improved rOOR with conventional-dose IPI-NIVO and a better rate of pCR with alternative-dose IPI-NIVO emerged during statistical analysis.
