It also confirmed that dupilumab showed highly significant improvements in EASI scores and NRS scores. 39 Although the sample size was limited, these study demonstrated the efficacy of dupilumab for long-term sustained improvement from week 16 to week 52 and complemented the phase III clinical trials described above.
