The average core body temperature of elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery at all time periods after active intraoperative warming showed a decreasing trend compared with the average preoperative basal body temperature, it decreased to a minimum of 35.96°C at 2h after anesthesia (T4), and then began to rise slowly, but all of them were lower than the patient's average preoperative basal body temperature, as shown in Fig. 2 .
