In fact, certain nodes with relatively lower degrees can be more effective at controlling information spread, such as node 2594 identified by the mDC, which is not among the top 5 nodes identified by DC. From the above analysis, we can find that in the study of epidemic spreading, discovering effective immunization strategies to place nodes in an immune state in order to prevent the spread of diseases is a highly significant and meaningful research area.
